Return and Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of the garments and other items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after you have placed your order/layaway. Your dress is ordered from a manufacturer, and therefore, cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your own size. A measuring guide to use as a reference may be found on our FAQ page. We inspect every dress that comes through us to check for any defects or damages, however, in the event the dress arrives to you in a damaged condition contact us by email at info@bedazzledbridal.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. Clearance gowns are sold AS IS, no returns or exchanges for any reason. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.
