Returns & Exchanges

We want every bride and guest to shop with confidence knowing they’ve found the perfect dress. Because each gown and accessory is specially ordered or reserved just


for you, all sales and deposits are final at the time of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or substitutions for any reason—without exception.

Appointment Policies

  • Appointments include up to 3 guests—please call if you’d like to bring more.


  • Children 10 and under should only attend if being fitted.


  • Enjoy one complimentary glass of champagne during your appointment.


  • Appointments begin at your scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot extend your session, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a walk-in. Booking fees are transferable (once) but non-refundable.

Special Order Policies

  • Special orders require full payment at the time of purchase.


  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification.


  • Orders stored beyond 30 days will incur a $40 per month storage fee, with a maximum of 90 days.


  • After 90 days, unclaimed items and payments will be forfeited, so be sure to collect your dream dress on time!
